1. Is my money safe when I buy on-line from your site?
   
   Yes. Actually you don't buy from us directly but you are redirected to PayPal, one of the most trustful and well known e-commerce services in the world. There you can pay from your PayPal account (if you have one) or with a credit or debit card. All your personal and financial data are submited only on PayPal secure page, and they are not known to us. We only get the information message from PayPal that your payment was successful and only your data (email address, and name) which are necessary to complete your order.
   
   
2. How will I receive the program?
   
   In case of Windows programs, you will receive an e-mail with the link to download the setup program of the full version from our server, serial number and license with your name. As this is done manually - it can take up to 24 hours.
   In case of Android applications, you will also receive an email with the license and a code for activation the full version. The application in free demo version you will have to install from Goggle Play and then use the code to unblock the access to all the exercises.
   
   
3. Can I get the program on CD or pendrive?
   
   No. Our firm is located in Poland, our programs are not expensive and we do not send physical versions abroad as it would be uneconomic for either side.
   
   
4. Can I make a backup copy of the program on a CD or pendrive after downloading it from the net?
   
   Yes. And it is highly recommended to do so just after downloading to protect the product against your hard drive or computer crash, or in case you change your computer or operating system and need to reinstall the program. Save also your serial number as it is needed for each installation.
   
   
5. How many computers can I install the program on?
   
   Generally you get an individual license for one computer. But in the case of merely private home usage you can install it on up to three computers, provided all of them belong to one family living together.
   
   
6. Are your programs compatible with all versions of Windows?
   
   Yes. Our windows programs, Keyboard Master and Virtual Physics are compatible with all versions of Windows from XP to 10.
   
   
7. Can I install your programs on a MAC computer?
   
   Yes and no. Our programs are written for Windows and we have no special versions for Mac OS operating systems. But you can install any version of Windows on a Mac computer on another partition or on a virtual machine, and then you can run our programs on a Mac computer as well.
